Postage and packing is $7 (Gst incl) P&P for local and national delivery by Courier Post, next day delivery. $20 P&P for international shipping by NZ Post (as long as contents fit into A4 posting satchel) 2. Returns policy: We are happy to replace damaged or faulty goods (claims within 72 hours of delivery receipt). Credit is available for returns claimed within 72 hours of receipt, provided the product has not been opened and is in a resaleable condition. A restocking fee of 25% is applicable. Non-delivery of orders will be investigated on a case by case basis, and order re-sent if fault is with either ourself or courier service.
